Cardona & Perez Law Offices, LLC was founded by the Honorable Alberto Aponte Cardona, over a decade ago. Our office started in Central Falls, Rhode Island and over time found it's way to Cranston, Rhode Island where we currently are.
We are one of the few family owned and run law offices in the State of Rhode Island. Now operated and managed by Bienvenido Perez, Jr., Esq.
We are bilingual and look forward to assisting you in your native tongue.
Our office is a full service law firm. We are eager to help you in any way that we can. Currently the majority of our practice is Immigration law, Family Court cases, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury-Car Accident cases.

Bienvenido “Ben” Perez, Jr., Esq.
Ben was born and raised in New Bedford, Massachusetts. He is a proud alumni of New Bedford High School.
After high school, Ben graduated Magna Cum Laude from Roger Williams University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and Sociology prior to graduating Cum Laude from Roger Williams University School of Law with a J.D.
When he is free, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and watching the Steelers play on Sundays!
Mr. Perez is a partner at Cardona & Perez Law Offices, LLC in Cranston, RI. He is licensed to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
